What insurances do we accept?

We always recommend to make appointment before you come to our office. However if you are sick and can’t wait then you may come between 8:30 am to 10 am and 5pm to 6pm. Avoid monday and Saturday if you can.

If I am sick at midnight, what do I do?

We always encourage our patients to contact us whenever you are sick or you are in hospital.

If I am sick in the weekend?

We are accessible by phone 24/7. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are sick.

If I finished my medicine?

Please contact our office before you finish your medicine. If you think you can not come to our office then please have your pharmacist contact me for refill over phone. Please remember, we do not do refills on antibiotics.

If my insurance terminated. What do I do?

Don’t panic. Contact immediately your insurance company. Contact us to manage your medications. Please do not discontinue your medicine without consulting your doctor.

What do I do when I am pregnant?

Contact us immediately to further assist your care.

If I receive any bill from Laboratory?

Contact our office immediately with the bill. Also for further clarification you are requested to contact the billing company. Please do not wait until the last moments.

Sick not policy.

If you are sick you can get one. If you are not sick, just by going to doctor office you will not get any sick note.

Do we give vaccine?

We give most of the vaccines. For children, Wednesday afternoon is preferred vaccine date.

What test do we do?

We draw blood for most of the tests. However, if a specialist orders any test, you need to go to laboratory service center. We perform EKG. For any radiology service, we generally use outside radiology places.

I need to speak to my doctor.

For weekday, office hours, you may leave message with our office staff. For after hour emergencies, you may call 7185655600 then ask the operator to connect with doctor.

If you are hospitalized.

Immediately you contact our office to assist your care, please don’t forget to inform your insurances company as well.

Vacation supply of medicine.

If you are going to vacation, you may get three months supply of medicine with one-refill. However it all depends on your insurances policy our policy is not to write more than six months prescription.

Languages we speak.

Doctor speaks: English, Bengali, Hindi, Urdu and Staff speak: English, Bengali, Hindi, Urdu, Espaniol for other languages assistance can be arranged with prior notification.

18.

I need my record.

For referral or appointment or authorization please speak to front desk personal. Always ask the individuals name when you ask for assistance.
